Working like this provides additional resources, support and protection from the host agency but also allows you to run your business in your own way. You would always pay via a secure payment link, I don’t handle cash. If the trip is less than 12 weeks away, the full balance would be due at the time of booking. If there’s more than 12 weeks til travel, a deposit would be paid to secure the booking and the full balance would need to be paid 12-14 weeks before.

No one likes a significant change of plans, but they're common in travel. That's why I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip you book. Different levels of cover depend on the policy you have purchased. I can also help with this if you aren’t sure what cover you need for your trip.
